About

David Hume

David is an attorney practicing law in Forsyth County, Georgia.

He is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel who served for 28 years. David flew the F-4 and F-15 aircraft as a back-seater and later as a liaison to various U.S. Army Airborne units. After helping his elderly mother with her estate planning needs, David decided to attend law school. He realized so many families are in need of help, navigating the senior years of their parents. Some of who may suffer from a debilitating condition or very mild to severe dementia: (Alzheimers, Vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, Parkinson’s, Frontotemporal, Creutzfeldt-Jakob, Wernicke-Korsakoff or Mixed dementia).

David was valedictorian of his part-time segment at Atlanta’s John Marshal Law School. His law studies focus on estate planning and elder law. David lives in Forsyth County with his wife and their two children

Kyle Jaacks

Kyle is an Attorney practicing law in Forsyth County, Georgia.

He is a retired U.S. Army Captain who served 15 years in the military as an officer and pilot, flying the Sikorsky UH-60 BlackHawk helicopter. He served 10 years as a Police Officer, Marshal, and Deputy Sheriff. Kyle has a degree in Cultural Anthropology from Georgia Southern University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Ashford University and a degree in Law from Atlanta’s John Marshal Law School.

Kyle lives in Forsyth County, GA with his wife and their 6 children, one of whom has a disability. After experiencing the difficulties of the educational and legal systems for people with special needs, Kyle has focused his studies towards children and special needs law. Additionally, Kyle serves as a Guardian ad Litem, Child Advocate Attorney and Certified Mediator.
